Online Orders

All online purchases are shipped from our store to you using Canada Post. Once we’ve received your order a confirmation email will be sent to you and a tracking number will be provided. If there are any issues or questions about your order, please contact us at hello@simply-swimwear.com. Please note, orders are not processed on weekends or holidays, they will be processed on the following business day.

Orders over $250 – FREE shipping Orders under $250 – $15 flat rate shipping

In Store Pick Up

In store pick up is available for all online orders. If you select this option, you will receive an email letting you know your order has been processed and your products are ready for pick up.

Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 4:30pm Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Return Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on swimwear or lingerie. This includes bathing suit tops, bottoms, bras, and panties. Please take your time and work with us to ensure you are happy with both the fit and style of your purchase. If you are shopping online and unsure of your size, please book an appointment in-store and we would be happy to assist you. We will gladly exchange or refund other merchandise for store credit. These items include hats, coverups and loungewear. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase for in store items or 10 days of delivery for online items. All online returns must be authorized by the store prior to shipping back. The return shipping will be paid for by the customer and store credit will be applied to the customer account once it has arrived back at the store. Please contact us at hello@simply-swimwear.com to process any in store or online returns or exchanges. On the rare occasion that a garment has a defect it must be reported to the store within 10 days of purchase or delivery date, and we will report it to the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note that all care instructions must have been followed with the product in question as manufacturers will not grant refunds or exchanges for products where the care instructions have not been followed.
